Let's see, does this describe you well? You have strong design sensibilities across a variety of disciplines including web, mobile, digital advertising, identity, and print. As a design thinker, your work is informed by the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success. Regardless of medium, your understanding of brand, color, texture and typography are top notch.
You develop and articulate ideas that express the creative brief in an intriguing way. You push the edges of user experience; crafting rich, moving, innovative interfaces that remain approachable and human-centered. You understand that great digital design can transcend convention, yet be elegantly coded.
You're an enthusiastic collaborator. You welcome the perspectives and critique of strategists, developers, and other creatives and know that iteration is a key to great work. You are accountable for and passionate about the details required to create a fluid experience. You're well-versed in and eager to improve process through modern methodologies like Prototyping, Style Tiles, OOUX, and Atomic design.

2-5 years experience in an agency or studio setting
Associate's degree or more preferred
Proficiency with Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC
Experience creating and working with design patterns and systems
Excellent problem solver: organized, systematic, and strategic thinker
Enthusiasm to learn and share techniques
Prototyping experience (Principle, Framer Studio)
Motion graphics knowledge
Experience with photo/video shoots
