We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior User Experience Designer to join our talented global UX team shaping the transformation of enterprise software. We are looking for designers who think big and apply user-centred design principles to tackle longstanding challenges in delivering simple, elegant solutions to complex user and business needs for customer brands like Daimler, Virgin, Adobe, Twitter, Dell, Express, and others.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Driving user-centred design solutions that deliver value to millions of users
-Employing innovative strategies to solve user interaction challenges that push creative boundaries
-Creating and maintaining vision and design specifications, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
-Using design and analysis tools to define problem statements and drive solutions
-Utilizing and contributing to our internal design system
-Working closely with cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams
-Interacting with customers and end users to better understand their needs
-Helping introduce modern product discovery and design methods
-Build design solutions using emerging technologies such as responsive design, machine learning, chatbots, and voice UIs

-7+ years of experience designing interactive UX for technology products
-An eye for detail, a thorough understanding of modern and emerging UX design principles
-Self-starter with keen ability in obtaining clarity from ambiguous design requirements
-Ability to work quickly and iteratively with multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams
-Proficiency prototyping interactive designs using a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Axure, and UXPin
Travel - international travel up to 10% of the time may be required
