The role…

The Senior Designer will work either independently or in conjunction with Design Directors or Senior Designers, evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and the creative brief. This position is located in our San Francisco office.

What we’re looking for…

You have 6+ years of identity design experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications. You have a love of design: must have passion for creative excellence, branding, and visual communication. Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills (from branding identity, digital, to time-based media). You’re strong in conceptual thinking and design development, have communication skills and working knowledge of graphic design and digital media. You work well within large teams and independently and participate and contribute in design critiques. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with new media technology/software is a plus. Must be capable of collaborating confidently with other agency and supplier team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems. Evidence of strategic and creative solutions that supports project goals. Evidence of understanding to B2B and B2C businesses.
