We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and collaborative graphic designer to join our busy Marketing Communications department. As the full-time graphic designer, you will help bring to life CEO’s world-class events through print and digital design projects under the direction of our Senior Design & Brand Manager.
This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing Communications, Senior Design & Brand Manager and other team members to develop high-impact creative materials for 25+ major events each year that exceed the creative expectations of our event chairs.
This role requires an effective and responsive communicator who can interface directly with co-workers and take design direction and feedback with grace.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Web Design or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent training and/or experience
3-5 years professional experience in digital media, advertising or design
Strong graphic design ability and understanding of typography, color, layout and imagery.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of HTML
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
Must be comfortable following direction and implementing changes, while balancing strong design and tight deadlines
Must work quickly under tight deadlines and can pivot easily from project to project.
Digital video experience a plus
Salesforce and Pardot a plus
Highlights and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with staff on design concepts, layouts and strategies for a wide variety of print materials including: post cards, profile books, newsletters, brochures, signage, conference/event materials (including exhibits and stage design) and more.
Create concepts and original designs for digital communications, including email marketing and e-publications, as well as websites, social media and mobile apps.
Build and manage photo libraries.
Contribute to other duties as assigned.
