Job Description

As a member of OXO’s Brand Design team, the Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for the conception and design of graphics for all OXO digital channels including OXO.com, email campaigns, and social media. The designer works closely with the Associate Design Director, Copywriters, Photographers, Production Manager and Project Managers.

What’s Required for Consideration:

• Create visual solutions for site assets, email campaigns, and
social media
• Understand, embody and deploy the OXO brand identity
• Work cross-functionally with creative, product management,
sales and brand communications teams
• Contribute to, attend and art direct photo shoots with the
ability to create brand-right, focused, compelling imagery for
online use
• Design approximately 25 digital projects per week in a fast-
paced environment
• Present your work weekly to internal stakeholders
• Digital designer is NOT responsible for coding or production,
but must have a mastery of modern, effective design for 2D
and e-commerce


• An elevated, modern, bold yet minimalist design aesthetic
• A history designing digital touchpoints for consumer products,
retail brands, or major branding firms with clients in the
consumer branding space
• 5 years of professional graphic design experience with an
emphasis on digital design
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design from an accredited four-
year college
• A thorough understanding of digital design-related processes
including e-commerce best practices, branding for the web,
photography, and retouching
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop,
InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on
a full-time basis.
