The Communications Department of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is looking for a Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer to help bring its brand to life by executing creative communication collaterals on various media such as print, web, social and video. The designer will work with a pool of external production experts (writers, editors, graphic artists, photographers, videographers, agencies) and in-house production resources while ensuring that the production of collaterals is well-coordinated (from pre- to postproduction), on budget and on schedule.
Conceptualize, propose and execute creative graphic designs that embody AIIB’s brand for campaigns, advertisements, special events, banners, brochures, posters and other marketing collaterals, as needed.
Liaise and coordinate with outsourced vendors, agencies and other external production resources for all creative activities to ensure optimal output of finalized materials.
Create digital media assets for AIIB’s website and social channels to support AIIB’s communications objectives. Ability to produce animated GIFs would be an asset.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver creative executions that will meet their needs.
Assure the quality of final artwork (FA) based on AIIB’s brand guidelines.
Assist in managing the Communications Department’s Content Production Pool.
Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience for Designer level (minimum 8-10 years for Senior Designer level) in the production of various content for various media such as print, web, social and video. Art direction experience would be an asset.
Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other software in the Adobe suite.
Ability to do basic video editing to stitch or trim footage.
Adept in both digital and print design.
Advanced knowledge of visual compositions to communicate ideas through typography, imagery, color and form.
