This is a senior design team position for someone with 5 + years of experience. The Senior Designer will report directly to the Director of Marketing. This position is instrumental in the achievement of our vision. You will be adept at taking creative briefs and should have internal client liaison experience. You have developed problem-solving abilities to a degree where each design project is not seen in isolation. But rather, you will also be able to look at the ‘bigger picture’
This individual responds well under pressure, showing grit and determination, and always looks for creative solutions when confronted with new challenges. Additionally, highly developed communication skills, a strong creative point of view and an ability to make smart connections between what is on trend and what we do is necessary.
You have extensive experience working as part of a team and must be able to lead large scale rebrand rollouts. You are great at organizing and prioritizing your workload.

+ Able to craft a presentation
+ Good presentation skills and the ability to convey concepts clearly
