Identity Guard Enrollment Flow

The responsive web enrollment flow for Identity Guard with Watson.

Includes the Lorem Ipsum placeholder text while we worked with Marketing on phrasing.

There were two challenges that the enrollment flow had to address. One, our product was considered a financial service, and therefore had to conform to banking protocols around safety and security. This necessitated capturing a large amount of sensitive personal data early on in the customer relationship. Two, our service worked best (and returned the greatest benefit) the more personal data a customer provided. The enrollment flow became a way to gather information to seed the core product experience.

In addition, we carried forward as much information as we could from the account creation flow.
