Level Crossing Warning System
This warning system works by detecting vibrations of passing trains, a sensor communicates with the speaker unit installed at the crossing. This warns pedestrians: ‘Train Approaching’ as well as transmitting a Bluetooth signal. This signal communicates with nearby smart phones via an app, repeating the same warning if the user is listening to music.
Both devices in the system has their own solar cell, making the system self-sustaining across all types of level crossings
