Rotary Egg Beater - The aim of this project was a redesign of an existing appliance.
The key to my design language came in the shape of the body, which serves as a mnemonic device, entertaining the user's notion of a product designed to resemble the function it serves.
The egg beater is made from modeling foam, acrylic, and styrene.

carboard rocker - This project involved designing and constructing a layered cardboard chair utilizing environmentally responsible practices.
The cardboard used in the rocker was re-purposed from a local manufacturer. I laminated the 106 pieces with Eco-bond, the most VOC compliant adhesive available. The construction process involved laminating three separate sections of cardboard, designing the form in Solidworks, cutting each section out using a cnc router, and gluing it all together.
