Packaging and assembling experience.

I have experience working with people and customer services, sales, receiving freight, and making large orders. Warehouse work, Inventory and other requirements with the scanner gun, keeping stock in order and organized, looking up parts, and other various duties like sweeping, and changing light bulbs, dusting, and keeping things neat and tidy. I also have experience with testing alternators, starters, control modules, batteries, etc. I also held a management position with the company.

Receiving calls in a call center environment, as well as making out bound BAR (Build A Relationship) calls to declining customers and making notes about the conversation onto their account. Using two computer monitors and a headset to make the most out of the tools given, to be as efficient and professional as possible to close the sale. Understanding customers needs and preferences to find the best possible solution for them and their customers to make sales stick. Making follow up calls to let customers know I care about them and their business, and making sure they are happy with the products they have purchased. As well as make updates on when they will receive their product and/or if there are any problems they might need to know about. Knowing monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals, and being motivated and excited to meet them.
