Keisha Hay

I am a self taught illustrator that have taken short courses at the london college of fashion, I did start out as a designer so colour is second nature to me.... I do work on a freelance basis and love the world of comic books and super heroes. As an illustrator I have matured in my techniques and do continue to grow.

I am currently an Illustrator and Artist and my artworks are an extension of what I love and what inspires me. My work is comic book meets pop-art with a twist. Even though I have my own illustration art business I do have a fashion design background, as a previous Womenswear pattern cutter I understand dart manipulation, pattern draft, fitting, silhouette and making a pattern draft from scratch (bodice and skirt). Draping on the stand is also a favourite of mine.

As a temp I learnt a lot about what a office admin assistant entails, I worked for a company called Aklass which is a music based business, my roles were, answering the phone making calls and queries about outsider services, sorting out the taxes, photocopying, filing and sorting email, spread sheets and any additional float for next month
