About
I am a 2011 graduate of The Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg with my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. In the time that I spent at The Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg I became very active in the school. I flourished in my classes and graduated with honors with a 3.5 GPA. I was a Student Ambassador which allowed me to meet many great people. I also worked as a Resource Room Manager and an Interior Design Tutor. I was very involved in Student Organizations; I was President of the interior design student run organization, Design Alliance. After running the group for two years I was asked to be a Student Advisory Group Leader to oversee and manage all of the Student Organizations.
I am currently working as an Interior Designer at a commercial interior design and build company out of Crystal Lake called Affrunti Design & Management. I am involved in the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and a member of their Young Professionals network group. After being involved for 8 months, I was nominated to become Chair of the group's Connect Committee, which finds new ways for young business people to network with one another.
I am working toward receiving the LEED Green Associate credential. -

Special Ops Promotional Team CaptainChicago SlaughterDec 2008 - Present (17 years 6 months)The Chicago Slaughter is an American professional football team. They have been members of the Indoor Football League since the 2010 season. The franchise was a part of the Continental Indoor Football League from 2007-2009, winning the championship in 2009. The Slaughter's head coach is Steve "Mongo" McMichael and their owner is Jim McMahon, both from the 1985 Chicago Bears Super bowl team.
Duties include but not limited to:
- To represent Chicago Slaughter in a positive and professional manner while spreading the name of the Slaughter in the surrounding communities at various appearances
- Developing a team of strong, confident women to partake in the Special Ops Team
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere among team members
