KFA2 - A European premium brand of Galaxy Micro systems Inc, manufacturing NVIDIA based Graphics cards and WHDI wireless solutions. Head office based in Hong Kong and manufacturing plant and facility in China, Shenzhen.
Responsible for managing all of KFA2’s creative design and marketing including new brand identity, concept and key artwork, marketing communications, website design, content management, advertising, PR and marketing budgets.
Designed and executed innovative marketing strategies, which significantly improved the companies recognition and revenues. Spearheaded creative direction for all marketing campaigns & product placement.
Lead major rebranding including new identity and website, positioning KFA2 to capture market share and driving an increase in year on year sales.
Established and coordinated the marketing strategy for the KFA2 brand and product line introduction into the European market whilst ensuring that tight marketing budgets are not exceeded.
Bi-annual and quarterly visits throughout Europe, Hong Kong HQ and manufacturing plant, to maintain
customer relationships and achieve regional consistency in brand messaging, campaign execution and product placement.
Coordinated two PR companies located in Germany and Russia, whilst managing the Nordic and UK press activities as well as management of production design team based in Hong Kong to reinforce brand consistency and awareness.
Creative direction for all campaigns being Channel, B2B, B2C marketing assets, messaging and guidelines.

International multimillion-dollar company selling PC hardware including graphics cards and power supplies into international channels and retail outlets such as Best Buy, Dixons, Newegg.com, Walmart, and Fry’s Electronics
Responsible for managing BFG Technologies ™ design, marketing and public relations activities within Europe. Coordinated regional sales representatives in 8 countries, manage three regional PR companies, execute global campaign launches, and direct the creation of worldwide websites, web advertising, print advertising and product reviews.
Coordinate European and North American marketing, graphic design and web teams to achieve global consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
Develop and maintain successful relations with European industry press resulting in over 400 international product awards and global company recognition that translates directly into sales.
Responsible for introducing BFG Technologies brand and product line into Europe. Analysed relevant European sectors in order to propose target markets and manage the marketing budget. Evaluations included key product review sites, key advertising publications, key customers, trade show / LAN events and contract PR companies.
Coordinate and manage all European trade show events, including large industry shows as well as grassroots gaming events to reinforce the BFG Tech brand at all levels of the community.
