This relocation/renovation project entailed a renovation of the back of house/ kitchen, and addition of a performance stage, center bar and a new retail shop. The remainder of the work was dedicated to refinishing and dressing the existing space to ensure it was on brand. The voluminous space was designed to be colorful and energetic with over scaled imagery and design elements that combined sleek and rustic materials to represent rock and popular country music genres.
Project contribution:
• Developed design concepts for the bar, stage, and retail shop.
• Designed and documented layout of thematic bar feature along with hanging mechanism. Worked with craftsmen to develop, fabricate fixture.
• Managed design from concept through construction completion; supervised a team of external design consultants
• Sourced, prototyped, procured all furnishings, specialty millwork, lighting
• Acted as the owners representative/ guardian of the brand, performed project management duties
