This project is situated in an upscale shopping and entertainment complex located just minutes from the city’s historical landmarks. The bar and dining space areas are located in the "basement" and accessed by staircase from retail located on the street level. The bar features color changing Vietnamese styled lanterns that change color and intensity during different service periods throughout the day. The stage backdrop is comprised of seamed speaker cones that create a dimensional effect when washed with stage lighting.
Project contribution:
• Managed a team of external design consultants during the interior design development/documentation phase. Reviewed all design documentation, approved all interior finishes, fixtures and furniture.
• Acted as the owners representative/ guardian of the brand, performed project management duties during development and construction. Traveled to the project to meet with developer and designers throughout the design and construction process.
