This building renovation project is located along the Promenade des Anglais. Typically frequented during summer season, the interior of the space was designed to be a light, casual color and material palette inspired by the Mediterranean. The colors and furnishing selections were meant to feel light and airy. The use of natural materials such as wood and rope as applied treatments on the walls, ceilings and columns help reinforce the feeling of a the laid back sun, sand and sea lifestyle. Operable windows on the ground level allowed us to open up the space and take advantage of the breeze while overlooking the Mediterranean.
Project contribution:
• Developed interior design brief for the project; branding and iconic elements, color palette and FFE direction.
• Managed a team of external design consultants during the interior design development/documentation phase
• Acted as the owners representative/ guardian of the brand, performed project management duties during development
