Example of design brief prepared for our franchise owners and their appointed design consultants. A unique brief is prepared for each Hard Rock Hotel lobby retail shop in every city. Each brief outlines how the design should complement the hotel lobby, and the necessary fixtures to be designed within the store based on a prepared merchandise assortment. The components of each brief also included:
• Image and narrative explaining the look and feel of the rock shop.
• Images and narrative explaining the retail fixture types, materials and functionality needs as directed by the HR corporate merchandise team
• Interior plan and retail fixture layout prepared. The plan would be pre-approved by the merchandise team along with the mood boards.
• Preliminary fixture plans/ elevations and specific hardware part numbers to be utilized in the interior design documentation
