Located across the street from the famous Pike Street market, this café was the first in the neighborhood designed to have a rooftop deck and bar which overlooked the iconic market sign. The project was awarded a LEED Silver status. We repurposed materials such as wood, columns and brickwork to become decorative interior finishes.
Project contribution:
• Developed design concepts for the 1st and 2nd floor bars, iconic guitar sign on the building.
• Worked with craftsmen to develop, fabricate and install the millwork and lighting features
• Managed interior design from concept through construction completion
• Sourced, prototyped and procured all FFE, specialty millwork and lighting items for the project
• Acted as the owners representative/ guardian of the brand, performed project management duties during development and construction
