Hard Rock Cafe Seoul was a new tenant build out located in the Lotte World Mall at Jamsil. The project featured a large backlit onyx back bar feature with a crystal shard lighting element above it, black mirrored wall and ceiling panels and an abundance of RGB lighting accents to enhance the otherwise monochromatic material palette in the dining room.
Project contribution:
• Managed a team of external design consultants during the interior design development/documentation phase. Reviewed all design documentation, approved all interior finishes, fixtures and furniture.
• Acted as the owners representative/ guardian of the brand, performed project management duties during development and construction. • • Traveled to the project to meet with developer and designers throughout the design and construction process.
