SPYRA for Giabras Museum - interactive installation
Project purpose: An interactive installation designed for the biggest ceramic collection in Cyprus at the Giabras Museum run by the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation. Our task was to show the museum's visitors how unique and interesting the cypriot ceramics are, educate them about selected pieces and their origins, style, usage and and how they were made.
My role: Art Director and Content Manager
Responsibility: I was involved in all stages of the project - from the first concept to the final screw. As the Art Director I was responsible for the UI/UX design as well as for the motion graphics. I was supervising a team of graphic designers as well as programmers who have created the PC and iPad applications based on my guidelines. I was also responsible for managing the content and contacts with the client.
Technology: Flash/Flex, iPad/iPhone apps, motion graphics (AfterEfects) and other graphics (Adobe Photoshop)
