Designed and produced ads, brochures, booklets, newsletters, and web sites to support student recruitment, alumni relations, fundraising activities and special events at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Responsible for all stages of production from concept through delivery, including client presentations, photoshoots, layout design, final art, proofing, and press checks. Communicated precise job specifications to print buyer. Collaborated with internal and external design professionals to maintain a consistent brand identity across a wide range of print and web design projects.

Lead designer of a team of four – created and maintained Filemaker Pro job database to track department workflow and provide supervisor with information on project status. Designed newsletters, brochures, and booklets to promote the ECU School of Medicine. Communicated job specifications to printers for bidding purposes, evaluated proofs, and attended press checks.
