Felt Chair
This chair was designed to be a part of the Appalachian State University's Solar Decathlon house. The chair is constructed from layers of high quality plywood sandwiching thick felt strips and is held together with threaded rod. The chair comes in three styles of armrests and is paired with a nesting ottoman. (April 2011)
