Taberu Lunch Tote

“Taberu” is the Japanese word for “eat.” Eating time should be optimized whether at home or away from home, and every table one eats at should be an eating table. I am creating a lunch tote that will be able to carry not only meals, but snacks and drinks. The straps of the bag feature swivel clasps on the outside, as well as connection tabs on the back, so the tote can function as a crossbody or a backpack. The top of the tote features a grab handle, for easy access. The top area of the bag has a flap opening feature that is secured with double zippers, as well as a Velcro security. The bag features a roomy, as well as an elongated top compartment, able to stack and hold multiple storage containers. The bottom train case-style compartment is able to hold a sandwich, snacks and multiple drinks. Elastic side pockets enable the user to carry drinks to oversized water bottles or flasks. The interior of the tote will be insulated, in order to ensure freshness of the contents.
