Caesarstone - Dwell Competition
Picnique - The picnique table was designed for a collaborative competition between Dwell and Caesarstone.
The form is an expression of the
function - collecting water to eventually be returned to the ground. The channels in the top of the Caesarstone table direct water into the sloped center of the ferrocement slab beneath.
The water is then stored in the
chamber and can be retrieved from
either side to be used for gardening.
