the challenge: As a designer with a deep understanding of the IT world, I felt that there is a gap between the design methods to the way design studios document, save and archive their projects on the computer network.
In general, the design process isn’t linear, but rather chaotic by nature. Add to that the fact that most of the information is visual and not textual, design studios have a hard time to obtain the data in regular folder structure and retrieving it when necessary.

Provide the Studio Manager (admin mode) with an overview of all activities in the studio: client, project status, team members and general Gantt.
The studio members can easily synchronize on any activity in a specific project by opening its “Project Folder”
