Proactively supported marketing and product development initiatives, such as development of merchandising walls for beauty supply channels, counter displays, POP, and consumer interactive educational vehicles, ensuring brand loyalty and positive customer experience. Collaborated in a team evironment of 5 designers leading solutions, studies and iterations of logos, packaging design, POP, catalogue layouts, and advertisng advertising including production. Collaborated with 3-D and industrial design teams to develop packaging trays, blisters, and technical dye solutions, plus spearheaded visual solutions for trade shows, e.g. Cosmoproff, Italy involving internal display resources, and external display vendors to develop all structural elements.
