-Create marketing collateral content such as catalogs, flyers, sell sheet and e-blasts.
-Assisting with product development, new product launches and translate marketing objectives into visual strategies.
-Manage updates on website using WordPress.
-Take products photo then retouch and resize properly to use for website, catalog and promotional materials.
-Develop and Maintain products photo library to be utilized in print or digital use.
-Oversee all projects by ensuring clients need, work on mock-ups and prepare them to productions.
-Communicate with all departments for scheduling and projects status to ensure smooth completion of orders.
-Make sure instructions are met by each department and check on its progress and quality of the work.
-Create virtual mock-up to provide the best solution works for the products.
-Maintain social media content and update specials on website.
-Maintain communication and relationships with print vendors.

- Assisting all element of projects including but not limited to designing a guidebook, stationary, flyers.
- Contact customers to understand their need and assist them by providing visual concept.
- Select images from photo library and manipulate / resize them for proper use.
- Manage and update a website.
-Prepare preflight files for printer and make sure on print quality.

- Design event promotional material such as poster, brochure and postcard.
- Have meetings with department representative to discuss direction of design and have a clear understanding
of the projects.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritizing orders in need.
-Work on University new branding and implement the new look on each projects.
