My work philosophy on a photo shoot is to first get the selling shot of the product recorded and any other version that might be needed. Then I have the team break out of the box and shoot more editorial or lifestyle. Have them capture the mood, the feeling, create a connection between the product, model and photographer. Have the photographer look at the shot in different light, angles and new attitude. Create a true team environment and have some fun.
