About
I am Kraig P. Kooiman; a veteran of 25+ years experience in product design & development. I do business as Nexgen Product Design & Development. I am near the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. I also work out of Dallas, TX. I offer an array of product design services including: industrial design, CAD mechanical design (electro-mech. packaging) (SolidWorks 2010-2013), rendering (KeyShot 3.3 Pro), rapid prototyping, part design, documentation, molded part procurement (offshore and domestic), and project management.
I have extensive experience in taking your ideas(s) from concepts to manufacturing in record time. I employ state-of-the-art design tools and methods which have been proven to reduce your time to market. I routinely use Skype and other collaboration tools.
In more recent years, I have switched my focus to medical devices. However, that does not preclude me from working on an assortment of consumer products projects.
