business card design (personal) - One iteration of my own business card: as an illustrator, I deal in the business of pictures. Imagination. That sort of thing. It was memorable for both myself and prospective clients to have doodle space.
It also displayed my own handwriting, which I often prefer to preset fonts.
roommate banner ad - Originally meant for personal use, but demonstrates my style base very clearly. I've grown very fond of imitating hand-inking in Photoshop work.
