Pinball - Brand New Product Development Model - The model is a dynamic metaphor and combines a new product development and a branding model. After the launch, an idea enters the development zone which consists of the analysis, synthesis etc. The management is able send the idea back. When launched onto the market, the product can enter the strategic gap and the company will own extra credits. In case there is a gap between brand image and identity, the product will exit the market. New credits are needed in order to launch a new idea.
