-Manage the day to day operations of multiple commercial retail construction projects ranging from simple small scale renovations to large scale new developments.
-Develop working schedules for design, fabrication, & installation.
-Collaborate with architects and engineers to finalize design details.
-Review and approve shop drawings for fabrication.
-Procure materials, manage budget and documentation for accurate job cost reporting.
-Research and recruit local subcontractors when needed.
-Research site conditions and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery of materials to jobsite.
-Provide office support for field workers
-Schedule billing and issue change orders if necessary
-Review projects post turnover

-Process Travel Authorizations directly from United Healthcare, Wellcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Ensure that the best accommodations are met for both routine and high risk medical patients.
-Manage both local and large-scale domestic travel operations for medical patients. Plan and prepare flights, ground transportation, and lodging arrangements when applicable. Ensure that all necessary accommodations are set properly and carried out.

- Prepare conceptual and schematic estimates
- Review drawings, reports, and site changes
- Evaluate bids and change order proposals
- Perform bid negotiations to reconcile bids to budgets
- Prepare cost comparisons and proposals for clients
- Perform detailed quantity surveys
- Verify pricing on materials and labor
- Provide budgeting and cost solutions
- Coordinate collecting information from consultants that is needed to prepare estimates
- Develop and maintain cost databases
