Activities
• Design branded exhibits, environments, museums and permanent corporate interiors
• Listen to client needs, research brand/market goals, and create solutions to engage visitors with their brand and culture
• Engage in all details of projects including material specification, assembly processes, and timeline management
• Produce competitive and accurate cost estimates
• Determine engineering and fabrication solutions to add project value and simplify production
• Develop detailed construction drawings, material, and labor take-offs
• Generate CNC programing and provide tooling instructions to internal fabricators
• Monitor fabrication during construction and installation to ensure quality control and on-time completion
• Meet with clients to preview large trade show exhibit builds to ensure design intent and build quality
• Manage exhibit design team ensuring personnel work efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Creative direction of junior exhibit designers, graphic designers, vendors, and production staff
• Coordinate project milestones with sales, designers, production, warehouse, and clients
• Research new materials and techniques for more efficient construction methods
• Establish relationships with material vendors and outside partners
• Implemented cloud-based project management software for entire company
