eRoster is transforming thousands of annual Bristol-Myers Squibb speaker engagements and lunch and learn events. This is where the rubber meets the road from a sales perspective giving national sales teams the opportunity to educate on new and existing products to doctors and healthcare professionals.

It was previously a very ineffective and inaccurate paper-based pre and post event system. Now converted to a tablet and desktop experience, eRoster ensures regulatory compliance, expense accuracy into Concur, speed to market and ease of use for thousands of users across the country.

I led the team and the charge from gleaning the requirements, user flow, wire frames, five initial lo fidelity designs (these are two options), to dozens of hi fidelity screens in a very agile environment with minimal information, requiring constant updates and asset deliveries with the offshore development teams.
