Singapore Tourism, Changi Airport and Singapore Airlines wanted to promote a visit to Singapore by offering a stop-over for just 1 SGD on all Singapore Airlines flights.
THE ASK:
Create a web platform to drive consideration and book a flight.
OUR APPROACH:
Promote Singapore as the place to be via a unique experience on the site and make the flight booking super easy.
MY ROLE:
Analysis of client data; customer journey mapping; creation of an interface, different flows and an interactive prototype to personalise their Singapore experience and book a flight; user testing with frequent flyers; iterative design; project & stakeholder management, led development team.
