Telenet - Movers, settlers and students

There are 3 key moments when people actively consider switching ISP's: 1. Going to uni (students) 2. Living on their own for the first time (settlers) 3. Moving houses (movers)

THE ASK:
Design dedicated pages for each user with all info and a link to online purchase. Make sure all pages are easily findable on the website.

MY ROLE:
Interviewing business stakeholders to understand problem and business objectives; design navigation and IA; prototype IA; stakeholder management (marketing, product owner and devops); project management;data analasys post launch and feedback to the team.

THE RESULT:
Significant decrease in bounce rate (from 82% to 69%); increase page visits with 13% after one month without a marketing campaign to promote these products.
