Led and supervised my team in a remote environment, actively engaged in weekly meetings with Company and Marketing Executives, conducted annual performance reviews, devised and led marketing campaigns, collected sales data via ERP system, and collaborated interdepartmentally and with third-party agencies to boost online and in-store traffic.

Conceptualized and crafted an extensive range of marketing collateral to include (but not limited to) catalogs, billboards, apparel graphics, posters, website graphics, and email campaign content. Worked collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize revenue generation.

Operated a six-color automatic press to produce a diverse range of printed garments, supported vinyl/heat press production, and efficiently completed order shipment and backorder documentation in a deadline driven environment.

Collaborated in client meetings, developed diverse customer assets, ensured designs were pre-press ready for offset and/or digital printing, and teamed up with press operators and supported the operation and workflow of the pre-press department.

Created various marketing materials, shot photographs for said marketing, and edited photos utilizing Photoshop.
