Lead designer for Wyse 5070 slim and wide thin client computers. Developed specialized wall mounts, dual VESA mounts, E-series fixed stand monitor mounts and expandable behind-the-monitor mounts for Wyse 5070 computers. Worked with marketing, engineering and manufacturing groups to bring the ideas into mass production. Assisted with the development of the next generation Dell design language. Contributed many ideas for desktops, all-in-ones and patterns through rapid ideation, Adobe creative suite, Creo 3D modeling and Keyshot rendering. Helped contribute to storytelling through digital storyboard sketching. Contributed to the development of the next generation of OptiPlex commercial desktops, Inspiron gaming desktops, and the XPS high end desktops. refining the Dell Canvas drawing display. Recorded my digital sketching to find bugs within the system, so that we can create the best sketching experience.
Made research decks documenting Dell commercial desktop computers vs competitors. Compared form factors, price, performance and features. Disassembled and reassembled Dell and competitor desktops to create research decks looking at mechanical features and manufacturing techniques. Helped the operations team by creating a guide assessing all the prototype vendors EDG uses, ranking the various strengths and weaknesses of each vendor.
