Requirement gathering: Conducted interviews to get a collective vision of different stake holders for the project. It helped to clearly define the requirements.

Conducting User Study: Created structured questionnaires to get the desired information from the user. I used my knowledge to design these and kept the questions simple and easy to understand, included alternate questions to ensure and measure consistency of user response.

Creating Wireframes: I have worked closely with the businesses to clearly define the interaction and functionality of each element and get feedback from the stake holders. This helped in timely changes and I could set very clear product expectations.

Heuristic Analysis: I have created heuristic analysis reports for two projects. These reports gave a clear view of number of usability problems based on Nielsen principle and included suggestions for the identified issues. I have received client appreciation for this work in a project.

I successfully completed a 6 months internship project sponsored by Honeywell Technology Solution. The objective of this project was to explore the possibilities of health care solutions in rural India. In 5 villages I studied and observed how different services work in the context of rural India. Based on my study I created scenarios on how different services like mobile connectivity, education, supply chain at a local store level etc. can work in synergies to facilitate better health care in these regions.

Work on developing e-Learning products in the domain of education, corporate in house training and so on.

Graphics,Story Boarding, Interface design, Documentation were some of areas in which I have worked and gained experience.
