This husband and wife own their own business, and after the purchase of their new home, having a functional office was top priority. Creating one work surface helped to open up space for a dedicated "meeting" / seating area. Overall, this space allows for the two of them to get away, focus on work, and essentially becomes their retreat away from the open living areas.
