QueroRock is a brazilian startup i associated with more 4 partners. Our goal is to promote all good independent brazilian rock bands to all potential fans. At this platform they can vote for the best bands, make a playlist and later this year we will be allowing them to directly support their most loved bands, in a crowdsource-like system.

At Phix IT I had the entire development and design team under my responsibility. Paychecks, interviews, demissions, and team size for each project were in my hands. I also worked very closely to the sales team to assure the projects being sold were well fit into our team size and availability.

I worked at the biggest company of Brazil (200.000 workers) at a department called GPA Digital. This area was responsible for all online initiatives for all brands owned by GPA. My contribution was analise the business demands, design the applications/services and integrate the areas of IT and marketing for gathering resources and information for the coming project. In the project lifetime, I work with the providers to assure the quality and requirements were accomplished.

Educational web projects, CD-ROMs, and e-mail marketing. These projects were made with Adobe software, ASP or PHP (depending on the host) and javascript, and some projects used Moodle for online courses.
