2x40 Belt Grinder Concept
This belt grinder concept project is a work in progress. A final, full operational tool will be finished mid winter, 2022. Designed to fit into a small home workshop, and be manufactured from nested 1/4" mild steel with laser or waterjet CNC, this is designed with the avid home shop DIYer in mind. Full adjustability, parts bin hardware and flat pack shipping make it comparable to most larger 2x72 machines without sacrificing capability. Designed around a 2 horsepower 3 phase electric motor with NEMA 56c face mounting, and a VFD for full RPM adjustment on the fly.
