While designing for Columbia's start up collegiate program I was an apparel design with dynamic skill. I designed Men's, Women's, and Youth categories and with each of these categories I designed performance outerwear, sportswear, and accessories. The biggest challenge was working with the CLC making sure all universities artwork was current, used proper registration and trademarks, was consistent with each universities school colors, and executing proper placement of embroideries, embellishments, tackle twill, and any other construction method used to identify product to each of the 78 universities we produced apparel for in our first 4 season. During the first 4 seasons that I was designing Columbia's collegiate program we consistently had double digit growth each season.
