+ Created and updated OFC's Operations Manual and managed day-to-day office operations including HR processes, staff meetings, facilities management, IT, insurance, accounting and P&L tracking
+ Developed and managed systems for office operations including: leads, sales/transactions, revenue and profit margin tracking and analysis (“5 Ways Numbers”); payroll and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking and reporting; recruiting and hiring processes; Human Resources policies and new employee orientation and training; client intake processes and policies; billing and invoicing systems for tutoring and counseling services
+ Responsible for developing first drafts of all proposals, including project and pricing structure, for consulting work with schools and other organizations, and working with company President to create final versions
