About
Combining an international upbringing and Industrial Design Education and Experience, Brian melds Silicon Valley rational and user-based functionalism with European Emotional and form based Design. HIs strong points are the Design for Human Experience of Physical and Digital products.
My focus is the creation of: Beautiful, clean, desirable, useful, meaningful objects and fluid experiences. The ultimate goal/rewards are that products are understood and interacted with ; simplicity, intuitively with non-thought. I inhabit the environments of Design, Culture and their interplay with markets.
Designing from: Concepts to details leading to manufacturing and market is my driving motivation. But what is truly the amazing and really exciting aspect of Design, is taking an idea, nurturing it, seeing it grow and emerge into people’s lives desired, enjoyed and appreciated.
I am currently an Industrial Designer with my hands in creating: Physical products and Digital Experiences. My tools are a consequence of the project: hands/pencil/pen/paper/saw/drill/Digital/CNC/Rapid Prototypes. -
