Danny Neumann

At Esser I am the senior designer in charge of trying to sneak toys and retro fonts into all creative directions. I am tasked with skillfully interpreting and translating client goals into inspired and clever solutions. I concept, create, and manage brand identities while developing trusted relationships. And as a collaborative and insightful director, I inspire and manage with respect: team members, contractors, production specialists, and vendors. I was initially hired to fill the role of senior imaging designer which included responsibilities such as: compositing, digital illustration, and studio photography for product catalogs and posters; retouching and color correction for brochures and annual reports; image prep for online deployment; interactive and animated elements for web sites; maintaining and organizing digital assets and file archives; implementing and overseeing a color managed workflow; and systems admin work. I’ve worked with clients such as: PING Golf, Harkins Theatres, Arizona Theatre Company, Maricopa County Department of Public Health, Fountain Hills Unified School District, DMB, Tempe Center for the Arts, Dial, Phoenix Symphony, Great Hearts Academies, Carrington College, and Sky Harbor Airport, and many more.
