Assists with 39 Design Printshop, including working with managers and customers to determine needs, keeping record of and prioritizing work orders, and executing work order requests in a timely matter. Processes orders and payments from customers, vendors and sponsorship agreements. Files, deposits and completes necessary accounting paperwork using NAFDIS/SAIS system for any payments made to marketing office. Assists in the creation of monthly magazine, The Happenings, including information collection, photography, layout, design, advertisements within the magazine, working with printer, and ensuring the magazine is ready for press in a timely matter, as well as helping in the procurement of advertising sponsorship. Information collection, proofing, and copywriting for various media, including magazine, publicity material, Facebook, web calendar, and blog posts, usually done on a daily basis. Weekly media checks to ensure proper display of marketing material in FSS Facilities. Design of monthly event posters and brochures. Attends New Comers Briefings and special events, taking photos as needed, which are filed and displayed in a timely matter. Assists with making updates or graphics for the 39FSS website. Operation and maintenance of mass printing, copying, laminating, cutting, binding, and large format printing machines.

General graphic design, layout and development of advertising campaigns for on-going programs and special events within the 314th Services Squadron. Includes copy writing, collateral, logo design and web design. Standardization of marketing materials. Redesign and maintenance of the 314th Services website. Conducted team training in graphic design principles and programs. Printing and distributing of materials to programs base-wide. Presentation of newcomer orientation briefings and other special Services events.

Graphic layout and design for ad campaigns, web design, flyers and collateral. General maintenance of main website, corporate site and Rewards Program site. Digital product photography and retouching for web and print. Implementation and maintenance of SKU's, product research, copy writing, pricing and overall presentation of products on website. Assisted with inventory, trade shows, company presentations, product research, marketing strategy and Quality Assurance.

A strong focus on retail brand development for product packaging and catalog presentation. Preparation of catalog reviews for major office supply companies. Also web design and programming.
