Helps identify a client's concept whether it's modern custom woodwork or architectural millwork. Researches all areas of inquiry and introduces knowledge of ergonomics and human factors into the ideation process. Also creates concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, and mockups. Before fabrication a keen eye ensures a great selection from custom wood and color samples for the best material use possible. Works with clients to keep both cost, function, and good design in mind throughout the entire process.

Practiced sketching and modeling while learning design skills associated with woodworking and welding. Worked with principal designer/builder to obtain knowledge about modern furniture design, ergonomics, and engineering. Also obtained skills in graphic design as well as marketing for both social media and brand collateral.

Handled basic clerical tasks (e.g. data entry and filing) as a receptionist. Managed large databases used for email marketing to promote current events held at the salon. Helped recruit models and new customers to build salon clientele. Designed flyers for promotions and special events. Answered phone calls, scheduled appointments (using Millennium Software), and processed transactions at the front desk. Also, very knowledgeable in hairstyling (e.g. shampooing, processing color, blow drying, and styling) after working closely with top hairdressers for many years.
