I am a free lance fashion designer also specializing in Merchandising and Buying, I do creative consultancy . I can make almost anything and specialize in Made To Order outfits. I was educated in the states and now based in Manila Philippines. My design company is called ALCSBYDESIGN Specializing in Made to order and creative consultancy ( I handle sourceing/ design, fashion merchandiseing) . I also do freelance styling for magazine's and fashion shows.
